Local Deliveries: Delivery services within the UAE.

International Shipping: Cross-border deliveries through third-party carriers such as Aramex.

Express Services: Fast-tracked delivery services for urgent items.

Same-Day Delivery: Deliveries that are processed and delivered within the same day.

Chiller Delivery: Delivery of temperature-sensitive goods, requiring specialized handling and refrigeration.

Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable goods)

Live animals

4.1 Order Placement

Account Creation: To use our services, you may need to create an account on our website or mobile app. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Order Process: When placing an order, you must specify the type of service (local, international, express, etc.), delivery address, and other relevant details. If you provide incorrect information, IFast is not responsible for failed deliveries.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with details about the service and delivery schedule.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment Options: We accept payments via bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Payment Terms: For local deliveries, payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. For international deliveries, payment must be made in advance via bank transfer.

Additional Charges: Delivery fees may vary depending on the size, weight, and type of service requested. IFast reserves the right to adjust fees based on the final dimensions, weight, or delivery requirements.

4.3 Cancellations and Refundst

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not been dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to the nature of the service and potential restocking or return fees.

6.3 Payment of Charges

6.4 Acceptance of Delivery

You or an authorized representative must be present to accept the delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, additional charges may apply for a re-delivery.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

IFast’s Liability: IFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the delivery service.

Damage or Loss: If goods are damaged or lost during delivery, IFast will investigate the matter, but our liability is limited to the value of the shipping service and does not extend to the goods themselves.

Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for damages to goods that occur after delivery has been accepted by the recipient.

7.2 No Guarantees for Timeliness

IFast does not guarantee specific delivery times. All timeframes provided are estimates and subject to external circumstances that may affect delivery.

10.1 Arbitration
